Arisia '09 will use two hotels.  All functions and parties will be at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge.  Overflow guest rooms are available at the Marriott Cambridge in Kendall Square.  Due to the open atrium design of the Hyatt, even quiet rooms there will be louder than rooms at the Marriott.

The rate for a standard hotel room at the Hyatt will be $123 per night (plus taxes). The Marriott rate will be $109 per night (plus taxes).

The reservation systems for the hotels are not yet available.
